Save the date: May 16, Saturday is the explorASIAN Friends & Family Day, a key event in the Asian Heritage Month in Vancouver. As the explorASIAN site says:
..a day of family friendly activities and international arts & craft making demonstrations. This community event includes live music concerts, dance performances, and interactive sessions on Asian arts and crafts. Meet some of the local Asian Canadian arts, culture, and community groups. Admission to the Garden is by donation. All proceeds go to Dr. Sun Yat Sen Classical Chinese Garden. Join us for a day of fun, laughter, and amazement
It was actually H who spotted the TV commercial and suggested we go. This could be interesting. Hope next Saturday's weather cooperates!
